One thing people learn about me is my love of writing. I have had short stories and poems published. I have published a novel and had stage plays produced regionally and off-Broadway in NYC. I occasionally am invited to public readings of my poetry and stories.

About Me

I graduated from Ottawa University in Phoenix, Arizona Cum laude

Experience

While living in Arizona, I tutored high school students in American and World history. I currently tutor children and adults from around the world in English

Approach

I attended college with the idea of teaching history. I graduated with enough credits in education and history to have graduated in either discipline. I chose to take a liberal arts degree that allowed me to take and pass Arizona's AEPA exams in both History and Education. I always say to my students, we are going to go together on this journey of knowledge, whatever the course or class, as partners.
