Fun Facts

I live in Baltimore City and love working out at the athletic complex at the maryland">University of Maryland at Baltimore. It is so nearby and has a lot of the amenities that I love in a gym, such as Nautilus equipment, an Olympic pool, and a sauna!

About Me

I’m currently a substitute teacher for Baltimore County Public Schools, and I plan to return to graduate school to complete a MAT degree program so that I may teach full-time.

Experience

I have many years of tutoring experience based on my work with Kaplan, Inc., as both an SAT tutor and an academic coach. I’ve also enjoyed tutoring for Boston Public Schools and for academic success centres here in Baltimore City during my college years.

Approach

I first tutored as a SAT prep coach for Kaplan, and I found a lot of fulfilment in sharing my knowledge and experience with high school students who were interested in improving their scores on this important test. I like adapting my lessons to individual learners and giving appropriate assessments that can help improve performance outcomes over time.
