Fun Facts

One thing people quickly learn about me is that I love teaching—especially younger students. There’s something really special about helping them understand something new, and I always end up joking around with them to keep things fun. I also love playing volleyball, and people usually describe me as pretty bubbly and easy to talk to. I’m fluent in Arabic, and I’ve been lucky enough to visit seven different countries so far!

About Me

I’m a freshman at the University of Texas at San Antonio, working toward my bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity. I’m really excited for the next few years, and one thing I’m hoping to do along the way is teach or tutor—helping others learn has always been one of my biggest passions. After graduating, my goal is to become an information security analyst and continue growing in a field I genuinely love.

Experience

As a former member—and later president—of my school’s student council, I had countless opportunities to build and practice strong communication skills with both students and staff. Looking back, I’m truly grateful for that experience; the lessons I learned in that role continue to shape how I communicate and lead in my daily life today.

Approach

Ever since I was a child, I genuinely loved going to school—even when it meant taking on a lot of work. I always looked forward to seeing my friends and talking with my teachers. They played a huge role in shaping my confidence and supporting my growth, and those positive experiences stayed with me as I got older.
