My professional experience is a unique blend of formal teaching as a 9th and 10th Grade English Language Arts Teacher and dynamic project management. My most relevant experience comes from my time as an ELA Teacher at Hudson High School, where I developed and implemented engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards. I specialized in enhancing students' reading, writing, and critical thinking skills. I'm adept at using assessment data to inform instructional decisions, providing constructive feedback, and utilizing various strategies—like guided reading and literature circles—to meet diverse learning needs.
