I enjoy spending time outdoors with my fiancé, especially fishing, camping, and sightseeing. I also love going on walks with our fur baby, Maple.

About Me

I am currently a student at WCC, and after graduating, I plan to transfer to Wayne State University to pursue my bachelor’s degree and later a master’s degree in psychology. My studies in psychology help me understand different learning styles and support students with patience, empathy, and effective communication.

Experience

Daycare Teacher / Elementary-Age Babysitter
In this role, I had the opportunity to work closely with children of various ages, helping them reach important developmental milestones. I also provided guidance with homework and school assignments, supported their learning through educational activities, and created a positive, encouraging environment for growth. This experience strengthened my communication, patience, and ability to adapt to each child’s individual learning needs.

Approach

As a child, I struggled with elementary math and English. I participated in two years of after-school tutoring, and during that time, I was fortunate to have an incredible teacher who completely changed my outlook. What once felt frustrating became something I learned to appreciate, and I developed patience, confidence, and a love for learning.
