Fun Facts

I love building Legos and being creative! I also love to work out and try different exercise forms such as lifting, running, or pilates. I love learning new things and stepping outside of my comfort zone. A fun fact about me is that I was born in Wales, a country to the west of England.

About Me

I am a third-year student at UTSA and a senior by credit hours, so I will be graduating in the Spring of 2026. I am a Biology major and a Pre-Dental, so my goal is to go on to dental school after undergraduate school. I am 20 years old, and I enjoy working in jobs with kids and people in general.

Experience

My tutoring experience comes from volunteer work I have done at Clark High School in San Antonio. In an organization called “Frequency Tutoring”, we volunteer to go to the high school to tutor their students in Chemistry, IPC, and Algebra 1. I also have experience working with kids of all ages through my time as a swim instructor at the YMCA at OP Schnabel Park, and I was a Kids Academy Team Member at Lifetime Gym.

Approach

I was raised to place value on school and education, and I know that my ability to learn effectively was achieved through the help of resources around me growing up. I know that there are many different ways of learning, and my approach in tutoring would be to help someone reach their educational goals without feeling discouraged or overwhelmed.
