Fun Facts

I love all sorts of things creative (drawing, writing, etc.) and media like music and movies (I watched all 26 Studio Ghibli movies in a period of six months.) I try to incorporate my love for the arts into my teaching. It makes learning simple and super fun =)

About Me

I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor's in Linguistics from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. I love languages and have been learning them since I was five!

Experience

I have been a private French tutor for two years and have experience leading informal study groups and language classes both here in Texas and in Montreal, where I went to university and was immersed in a bilingual French-English environment for several years. I also work as a teaching assistant at the LanGo Institute in Dallas and as an instructor at the Gideon Math and Reading Center in Frisco.

Approach

I believe anybody is capable of achieving great things in language, reading, and math! It all comes down to working with whatever makes the student tick. What do they love? What are they passionate about? How do they understand the world? All of these things factor into what makes learning work for them, and that's what I want to bring to all my students. Everyone deserves to be met where they are and brought to their fullest potential.
