Fun Facts

I’ve been involved in the arts most of my life. I did musical theatre for five years, played the violin and cello for twelve years through high school, practiced Afro dance, and have been part of choir from elementary school through now. I also help lead a youth choir at my church. In my free time, I love painting with acrylics and drawing with oil pastels.

About Me

I am a Business Administration student at Stevenson University with a strong foundation in science coursework, including Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, Biology, and General Chemistry. I also have experience supporting students as a Teacher’s Aide with the YMCA.

I enjoy tutoring because I combine structure, creativity, and patience to help students feel confident and engaged. My background in music, performance, and visual arts allows me to adapt to different learning styles and explain concepts in clear, relatable ways, with the goal of being both an academic coach and a mentor.

Approach

I struggled in school as a child and often felt frustrated with learning. A teacher who encouraged and guided me helped me gain confidence and improve academically.
