When I'm not in nursing school, I play in a rock band in my free time :) I'm also a working actress, and really enjoy reading fantasy and mystery novels. I'm also a big fan of coffee, and am always down to chat about local coffee shops.
About Me
I graduated with honors from the washington">University of Washington in 2024 and then attended Columbia University to earn my book publishing certification. I quickly pivoted to pursue my bachelor's in nursing in 2025, where I am completing my accelerated degree to become an R.N. I was on the Dean's List all four years of undergraduate study and have maintained a GPA above 3.8 in my nursing studies.
Experience
I have experience teaching music to all age groups and am excited to teach academic subjects to new students with Frog Tutoring.
Approach
Every person learns differently, and as someone with ADHD, I know the hoops it can take sometimes to absorb the information. I make sure we first understand what they do know, all the while helping them use cognitive skills to work through the information they're stuck on.

EnrolledAnatomy Physiology I Tutoring
I recently took Anatomy and Physiology I from Grand Canyon University as part of my nursing school training. I received tutoring to deepen my understanding of the subject and passed the class with a 92%. I also took Anatomy and Physiology II and passed with a score above 90%.
Chemistry Tutoring
In undergrad, I took the entire General Chemistry series and passed with a 3.0. I recently retook Chemistry (Gen Chem, BioChem, and O-Chem) with Grand Canyon University as part of my nursing school program. I maintained a 98% in those classes and feel refreshed on those topics.
Nutrition Tutoring
I took nutrition in high school, and again in college, but as a 'Sociology of Food' class. As part of my nursing program, I took Applied Nutrition at Grand Canyon University and earned a 3.8.
AP Statistics Tutoring
I took AP Statistics in high school and passed the AP exam, which gave me college credit. I ended up retaking statistics at Grand Canyon University as part of my nursing program and passed with a GPA above 3.5.
Writing Tutoring
In high school, I was an award-winning journalist and was a part of the newspaper editorial staff for several years. I continued writing for my college newspaper and as a freelance writer for those seeking fiction.
Math Tutoring
In my undergraduate studies, I took Pre-Calculus and the Calculus series, earning high grades. In addition, I took all the generic math in high school,l like Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry, and passed with A's in all of them.
Science Tutoring
I am refreshed on many science topics as I recently took classes for my nursing program. Those classes include Microbiology, General Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physiology, etc. I kept a GPA above 3.5 in all of those classes. In college, I also took atmospheric science courses and earned A's.
Sociology Tutoring
I graduated with honors from the University of Washington, where I got my B.A. in Sociology. During this time, I took fundamental Sociology courses in addition to many exploratory courses that covered topics such as religion, race, and food. I was on the Dean's List every quarter of my undergraduate career, and maintained A's in my Sociology classes.

I have been a singer for over 15 years. I previously worked at a School of Rock for vocal lessons, and have been in several professional bands. My current band, in which I sing and songwrite, has had moderate success in the Seattle area. I also have recommendations from industry professionals, including names like Ryan Lewis.
