I am a junior majoring in Fashion Merchandising with a French minor. I am a member of Alpha Chi Omega, in which I hold the position of VP of Membership Development. I enjoy crafting, shopping, spending time outside, and reading.

About Me

I have been working with families as a babysitter and pet-sitter since the age of 11 and have learned how to work in a personal and interactive job such as tutoring. I tutored for math in high school with Mu Alpha Theta and have been tutoring for the last year with a middle school student. I was a PAL my senior year of high school, which taught me how to effectively communicate with younger students which is beneficial when tutoring middle school students.

My approach to tutoring is with patience, encouragement and engagement. I begin by assessing what level the student is at on the material and work to raise or maintain their understanding to that of their class. I use clear and simple explanations to make confusing concepts as clear and straightforward to the student as possible.
