About Me

I am a senior level student at St. Edward's University studying History and Sociology. I enjoy gardening, playing music, and reading in my spare time. Academically,I am particularly adept in writing, reading, and historical and literary analysis.

I am familiar with standardized tests, such as the high school AP exams, and would be a valuable resource in preparing for English and History exams. I haven experience austin">tutoring writing at the college level, as well as informally assisting peers in a variety of subjects.

I approach austin">tutoring as learning opportunity for myself as well as for the student. I like to get to know who I'm austin">tutoring, and let them guide me to the subjects in which they feel the most insecure. Writing is an essential skill, and writing and reading efficiently is key to succeeding in college and in the increasingly competitive job market. I hope to help students gain the organizational and critical thinking skills necessary to write well and excel in college and future careers.
