About Me

I am a recent graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio Graduate School. I have my Master's degree in Education: Curriculum & Instruction with support work in English. My goals are to teach Education and English courses at the Community College level.

As a recent graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio Graduate School, I am very familiar with faculty and staff procedures and have learned a great deal as a Graduate Assistant. My education and recent experience have created a platform for me to be successful in a higher education setting. I want to apply my personal experience, in conjunction with my vast knowledge of conducting research, teaching, and academic experience to best serve students in need of tutoring.

As a student myself, I have had many circumstances that required me seeking the use of tutoring. I struggled in seven grade and had to repeat that grade. As a tutor I understand how students feel when they struggle in school. I want to help guide and mentor them into being successful in school as well as in life.
