Fun Facts
When talking to me people usually notice my sense of humor. As a hobby I like to work on my stand-up material and have performed at a couple of open mic’s. I also love to travel and have been to more countries than states.
About Me
I graduated Texas A&M in the May of 2011 with a degree in Bioenvironmental Science. Currently, I am a graduate student at UTSA working on a masters in Environmental Science with a focus in Hydrogeology. After that I plan to pursue my PhD and hopefully one day become a professor.
During my undergraduate I was a member of the local Boys and Girls club. There I assisted 4th and 5th grade students with their math and science homework. The opportunity helped me realize how much joy I received form helping students grow. Working for Frog tutoring allows me to experience that joy and continue to impact lives.
As a student, there were many instances where I failed to see how the material I was struggling with was applicable in real life. Now as a tutor, I have the opportunity to inspire students to see beyond the formulas and theories and into the true significance of the material. Besides increasing a student’s interest it is my goal to help a student build upon his organizational and study skills. These invaluable tools insure success for years to come.
