Fun Facts
One thing that I love to do on a daily basis is go to the gym. I find that it helps relieve a lot of stress from the day and you can feel 10 times better when you leave. I also love going to different places and looking at the scenery. For instance, I recently took a trip to California and when to see the tide-pools, we went hiking, walked along the beach, and tried new foods. I love adventure and hope to travel the world later in life.
About Me
I am currently attending HCC but only have about 1 semester before I transfer to UofH. I have a 3.98 GPA and am very focused on my studies. My major is HR Management with a minor is Psychology. I have been on the Dean's list at HCC each and every semester I have been there. After leaving HCC, I hope to graduate from UH with honors and find a good job that will allow me to travel while doing what I love.
Experience
Ever since High School I have always been a quick learner. I am used to having almost all A's in each class and helping other students pick-up the material. Many class mates from High School and even College get with me on a regular basis so that I can help them learn the curriculum or help them see just where they are messing up. I have always had a way with teaching people and showing them a simpler way to understand things. A lot of the people I met at HCC was simply because they needed help.
Approach
Something I do, especially with each of my classmates or friends when they as for help is I ask them to show me how they are trying to solve the problem or how they are studying. After showing me it usually has something to do with just a misstep in the order of things or they are not studying at all. I then show them how I would go about looking for the answer, or solving the problem and get them to slowly understand each reason I do something so they can understand the entire problem.

HR Management
Biology Tutoring
I took a Biology class at HCC and received an A. I stayed after school to help other class mates understand the lab and what exactly it was that the class did. I am well versed in the lab safety as I know this is a main thing learned in Middle School.
Middle School Math Tutoring
Middle school math is building on the things learned from elementary. I am good at helping kids understand the reasons for the rules in math as well as the way the problem should be solved. I also helped my younger sister throughout her Middle School career in math.
Elementary Math Tutoring
Math in Elementary contains the basic building blocks for how math will be for the rest of that child's life. When my younger sister was in Elementary, she had a horrible time with fractions. I helped her each day after school with tips and tricks, flashcards, and anything else I could think of. The teachers for her could not slow down because most students got it, but she needed a little extra time. I was able to do that and now she is about to graduate High School with a 3.0 GPA and all A's in her math classes.
Microsoft Excel Tutoring
I took a BCIS class at HCC and use Microsoft Excel almost everyday. I have taught many older co-workers how to create tables, charts, link data, etc. I received an A in that class.
