Fun Facts

I love to travel at every chance I can get. I went to Italy with my high school chamber choir to do a tour singing in different cities. Then, I went to Germany on a dance tour with my sister and other dancers from around the United States. This past summer I went to South Africa for my study abroad program and had an amazing time.

About Me

I am currently 20 years old and attending the washington-university">George washington-university">Washington University as a junior. I major in Sociology and minor in Psychology with the hopes of attending law school after I graduate. I am from a small town monroe">Monroe, CT and have three sisters and a brother. I would love to be a successful lawyer and have a family of my own one day.

I have tutored a variety of students throughout the years. When I was in South Africa this past summer, I tutored two eighth graders in math and English as part of my service-learning. I have also tutored high school students at my mother's high school in connecticut/bridgeport">Bridgeport, CT in a plethora of subjects. However, I have a passion for children and love to babysit. I have babysat for many families and part of that was to help with homework here and there.

I strongly believe in building a relationship with the person I am washington-dc">tutoring. I think it is important to get to know the student in order to help them. If the student can trust their washington-dc">tutor, I think he or she would get more of an advantage out of the session.
