Fun Facts
One passion people quickly learn about me is that I love health and fitness. I have my CrossFit L1 and am an ACE certified Personal Trainer; I try to make it to the gym everyday. I'm a below average chef, but I absolutely love to cook.
About Me
I graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX in December 2015 with a major in Accounting and a minor in Economics. I plan to attend law school.
Experience
During my junior and senior years in high school, I tutored students weekly in various subject areas and provided coaching and guidance for presentations and projects. In college I acted as scholarship chair for my fraternity and provided tutoring services for my brothers. Additionally, as part of the non-profit Boulevard Investment Group, I tutored and coached a team of junior analysts.
Approach
As a tutor my purpose is to provide students with the tools and guidance to uncover their true potential and perform to the best of their abilities. I believe in positive reinforcement and tutoring that goes beyond the answers. I approach tutoring as a coach, teaching students the foundational logic and processes behind the content.

Accounting Tutoring
I received my accounting degree from Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas Texas. I have take Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting I, Intermediate Accounting II, Cost Accounting, Audit Accounting, and Accounting Ethics. I received an A/A- in all of these courses.
Macro Economics Tutoring
I've tutored students in various economics courses. I have a minor in economics from Southern Methodist University. This is by far one of my favorite subjects to teach and explain.

My Junior and Senior Year I tutored students in Algebra. I have taken Pre Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Pre Calculus, Calculus, and Statistics. I received A's in each of these courses.
Business Tutoring
I have my Bachelor in Business Administration with an Accounting Major from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. I maintained an A average in business courses throughout my college career.

Homework Coach Tutoring
As a senior in high school I acted as a homework coach for several freshman boys. Under my tutelage, these young men saw several letter grade improvements and developed more efficient study skills.
Nutrition Tutoring
In high school I took Anatomy and Physiology as well as a Health and Nutrition course. I received A's in both classes. I also am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in fitness nutrition.

Microsoft Excel Tutoring
Because of my accounting degree I have become extremely proficient at Excel. I have taken several Information Technology Operations Management courses that focused heavily on Excel, as well as an advanced Modeling with Spreadsheets Excel Course. In addition I provided Excel support in my previous summer job.
