I am a avid painter and artist. I love to do yoga and work out as well. My passion is to help individuals who are passionate to learn and strive to be successful.
About Me
I hold a bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning and Design from the University of New Mexico. I've been on the Dean's list for almost three years. I have been a part of two honor societies during my undergrad career. I have also been the president of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and a mentoring organization called EMBRACE. My ultimate goal is to earn a master's degree in Urban planning and architecture.
Experience
As a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, I was a part of the PACE program. During this time we would go to elementary and middle schools to help children for their after school tutoring.
Approach
Ever since I was a child, I had to learn a lot of things on my own; because I did not have many resources. As a tutor, I intend to give all of the students any information and resource that they need. I plan on teaching the child and helping them actually retain that information for the future. I want them to be successful and pass on that knowledge to future generations.
