I enjoy cooking, so every time a have free time I make brownies, cakes, and so on. also, I like to spend time with my family and friends, and read a good book. I feel like a star when I sing but my family doesn't see it in the same way.
About Me
I am a bilingual senior Biology major with a minor in Psychology at the Honors College at Florida International University. I've been in the Dean list for 4 years in a row. I had received the Merit Scholarship, the Honors college Scholarship, and the Institute for Community Engagement and Democracy Award. When I graduate, I hope to attend to a Dental University to become a General Dentist.
Experience
I am an enthusiastic, dynamic, and bilingual person who like managing time effective to archive optimal results. I tutored College students in science subjects, worked with my Chemistry professor in the development of new laboratory experiments for the class. As a member of "I have a Dream Program" I had the opportunity to tutor High Schools students in Mathematics and Biology. Also, I continue doing peer tutoring at the Florida International University.
Approach
During all my years of schooling, I have admired teaching and those who practice it. Being able to transmit what I know and encourage other students to improve their academic performance is a way of honoring those who have helped me reach my goals throughout the years. As a tutor, I do not only want to teach the content, but also develop their critical thinking and give them the skills they need to succeed in life.

As a Biology major, I have taken high level courses that make me able to instruct any Biology course. I have tutored other students of High School and College in different biology courses like Cell Biology, Genetic, Ecology, Evolution, Chemistry, and Zoology in the past with outstanding results.
