A fun fact about me is that I love traveling and watching Jeopardy! I also enjoy being outdoors and collecting shells at the various beaches I visit.
About Me
I am a junior majoring in Biology at Florida International University. I graduated high school with honors and from the honors college institute in the same year earning my Associates of Arts degree. Once I graduate with my Bachelor's, my plan is to enter medical school to continue my journey towards becoming an Endocrinologist.
Experience
Throughout my high school years, I have volunteered for a local elementary school. I tutored kids and also aided with their homework in the after-care program. I was also a junior director for three years aiding and co-directing the elementary school's drama club production. Having worked in various job settings, Frog Tutoring is a great way to further help students and sharpen their skills.
Approach
Since I have worked with students who have different ways of learning, I realized there is no single way to best learn something, but rather that it is relative to each individual. Upon realization, my plan is to pay attention to my client, see how they learn and observe which methods they are most receptive to, then implement that into their learning plan. This would maximize their learning potential and reinforce positive thoughts so they continue to try their best and fulfill their potential.
