Fun Facts

I am in love with the game of golf! Unfortunately it is not a year round sport in Michigan so I enjoy spending my winters snowmobiling and skiing. I am an only child, however I have about fifteen cousins who live around me and they are my surrogate siblings.I enjoy playing guitar, and I am looking forward to learning how to play the banjo.

About Me

I am a graduate from Oakland University with degrees in Physics, Engineering Physics and Electrical Engineering with a minor in biology. I am active in the technology industry and am part owner of a tech/engineering company. I am 30 years old.

Experience

During college I tutored for Oakland Universities tutoring center for two and half years as well as tutoring at the access center at Oakland Community College. During my time tutoring I was blessed to be able to tutor people of all ages ranging from elementary up until and through college. Approach

As a child I had always struggled to learn difficult math concepts. When I entered high school and college I was able to blossom in my academic abilities, and I discovered my personal shortcomings, as well as my friends shortcoming.As a tutor, my own personal experiences allow me to quickly identify areas of weakness. Also, having worked as a tutor with students of ages 7-58 years of age has allowed me to gain experience in quickly and effectively helping students achieve their academic goals.
