Fun Facts
I love baking, knitting, and reading. I have been taking ballet and modern classes since I was five years old, so dance is a huge part of my life. In addition to dancing, I also enjoy drawing and playing piano. Spending quality time with my family is very important to me, so long vacations are my absolute favorite!
About Me
I am a Sophmore Dance major, and Public Health minor at Goucher College. After graduation I intend to dance professionally and attend medical school to become a osteopathic pediatrician.
Experience
I have been a substitute teacher for both fourth and eighth grade, so I'm very familiar with the curriculum of those two grade levels. During my Freshman year of college I also worked as a homework helper at Barclay Elementary's afterschool program. During the summer, I have been an assistant summer school teacher at Conchita Espinosa Academy where my duties included math and reading help for fourth and third grade.
Approach
When I was in elementary school, I was extremely self conscious about my math abilities. Instead of asking for help, I continued to struggle because I didn't want my teacher to get impatient or fustrated with me. As a brooklyn">tutor, I strive to be as patient and productive as possible so that my clients feel comfortable enough to improve.

Arts Tutoring
I have been dancing for fifteen years and during that time I studied modern, ballet, pointe, spanish dance, and cuban dance. I attended arts school all my life and I am a current dance major at Goucher College. I'm extremely confident in my ability to give dance lessons.
