Fun Facts
I am the youngest of 5 children, and have always lived in Baltimore. Whenever I have free time, I enjoy going into the city and trying out new, family owned restaurants. On school breaks, I love to travel and look forward to a trip out of the country next year.

I have recently graduated from Towson University with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. My goal is to work with adults who have special needs to maximize their independence.
Experience
For the past 7 years I have been a nanny for children ranging in age from 2 years old to 10 years old. While caring for the children, I would often times help with homework, explaining various concepts at an age appropriate level. By working with Frog Tutoring, I can continue to positively impact students by providing them the help they need.
Approach
As an individual who has received tutoring help in the past, I understand various approaches that can be beneficial or detrimental. Based on each student, I can assess how they learn best, whether it be working through multiple problems/concepts or extensive explanations. Ultimately, I hope to encourage the student and help them strive for excellence.

MastersAnatomy Physiology I Tutoring
As a health science major, I have taken Anatomy & Physiology 1 and 2 at the college level. Furthermore, I have taken a Neuroanatomy class that has gone in depth about these concepts related to Anatomy & Physiology 1.
Biology Tutoring
As a health science major, biology is the core of my studying. Understanding the concepts within biology and how they relate to humans and other species, I am able to bring to light important factors.

In high school and college, I have taken classes at the pre-algrebra and algebra levels. By understanding math at the lower level and higher level, I can explain the information to students at a reasonable level.

For several years as a nanny, I spent hours with children helping them to not only read but understand what they are reading. By reading information to comprehend it, students can complete their schoolwork at an improved and faster rate.
Religion Tutoring
Growing up in a religious family, I am very familiar with the practices of not only Christianity but many other religions as a way to open my mind and understand what else people believe.
Science Tutoring
Throughout my education in high school and college, I have excelled in my science classes. I have taken Biology, Physics, and Anatomy & Physiology 1/2 at a college level and received As and Bs in all of them.

Growing up, I was given a very fruitful education in english and writing. These skills have continued into my college education providing me with the ability to form grammatically correct papers, acceptable for all my classes.
