About Me
I graduated from Barry University with a Bachelors in Mathematics in 2011. I am a certified Mathematics teacher for the county with over six years of experience. Teaching is my passion; I love to help our students excel in their studies. I also enjoy seeing the positive progress of my students. I believe that teaching is an art and we need to teach effectively by providing the student with real life examples in order for this particular student to appreciate what he/she is learning.

I am currently working at Barry University. I also work for different miami">tutoring companies. I have been miami">tutoring for over seven years. I believe that our students need a miami">tutor that is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Approach
It is a pleasure for me to work with students and explain the material to them. My teaching technique has been effective over the years, my students have improved significantly. There are many ways to solve a problem, but I always teach our students the easiest way to tackle any particular problem. I start from the basics in order to build confidence and knowledge. All of my lessons are planned before each session in order to get the most out of it.

Calculus I is an introduction to differential and integral calculus: the study of change. Calculus I is a beautiful subject that is interconnected with physics by nature.
We will work with functions represented in a variety of ways: graphical, numerical, analytical, or verbal. We should understand the connections among these representations.
Also understand the meaning of the derivative in terms of a rate of change and local linear approximation and they should be able to use derivatives to solve a variety of problems.

This course is designed to emphasize the study of the properties and applications of common geometric figures in two and three dimensions. It includes the study of transformations and right triangle trigonometry. Inductive and deductive thinking skills are used in problem solving situations, and applications to the real world are stressed. It also emphasizes writing proofs to solve (prove) properties of geometric figures.
Pre Algebra Tutoring
I am a certified Mathematics teacher for Miami-Dade County School. Pre-Algebra is an introduction to Algebra. Students will work with equations, inequalities, and expressions. In addition, students will work with word problems. I've taught this class for many years. I will teach the students techniques in order for them to be able to solve different kinds of problems.
