Fun Facts

I came to the States along all the way from China couple years ago, which I still consider it a bold but correct move. My cultural background and international experience have allowed me to adapt to new environment quicker. I love food, but I really can't cook except for scrambled egg. I love dancing and exercising. Now I am really into Zumba, which is a combination of dancing and exercising.

About Me

I graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a honored biology degree this May. I was on Dean's list for all years in college. Now I am applying for medical school, and hope to become a physician one day.

Experience

I worked as a teaching assistant for a upper level statistic course during the summer of my second year in college. I held office hours to assist students in their projects and material. The following fall, I started working as a lab teaching assistant, mostly helped students with lab procedure. Then I worked as a peer cleveland">tutor. I tutored most biology courses that I mastered.

Approach

I always knew that I wasn't the smartest kid in the class, so I spent a lot of time figuring out a way for me to study efficiently. No one is indeed stupid, it's most often the method that's making the difference. Though everyone learns differently, the way that works for me may not work for other people, but I believe that my help could at least shed some lights on the struggles, and hopefully lead them to find thier best way of study.
