Fun Facts

I enjoy traveling; I have been to Mexico, Cuba, Armenia, and Austria and I am looking forward to visiting more places. I also enjoy reading and playing soccer. Whenever I can, I go to the coffee shop to finish a book or meet up with friends to fix a pick-up game at the park. I am the youngest of four and have been living in Houston since I was five.

About Me

I am a third year Sociology and Spanish student at houston">the houston">University of Houston. I have been on the Dean's List for 2 years in a row. My goal is to attend graduate school in the future and be able to teach the subjects that I love.

Experience

During my junior and senior years in high school, I was a member of PALS, an organization designed to tutor and mentor students at local elementary and middle schools. I am excited to be a part of Frog Tutoring now, as here I have the opportunity to continue helping and impacting the lives of students around Houston.

Approach

My tutoring approach varies depending on the needs of each student. I consider it important to make sure that students feel comfortable with me so that they can take the most out of our sessions. I take it as my responsibility to make sure that each student understands the content that we discuss so that they can succeed in their classes.
