I am an international educator, having instructed students from three countries, including China and Korea. I enjoy a variety of hobbies, beyond my academic interests, climbing, blading, sketching among them. Competent dancing is also a passion.

About Me

I am a veteran educator with over eight years of experience in the classroom. Having recently returned from teaching university in China, I am now looking to settle down in my hometown, NYC.

Experience

With a Master's degree in the Teaching of English from Teachers College, Columbia University, complemented by years delivering and mapping lessons, I am a consummate pedagogue. I have successfully managed students of all ages, from middle schoolers to graduate learners.

Approach

Dynamism and communicable material, supplementing the essentials of rigorous preparation, are critical for effective instruction. Tailoring lessons to learners' interests and capabilities goes a long way towards successful retention and enhancing student motivation.
