I enjoy creating lesson plans for students to meet their needs. I have burden to help students attain their full potential in their growth of learning. I understand that it takes time and patience for students to reach their mastery in learning but being consistent is the key to mastering the skills. I follow the formative assessment in teaching lessons.

About Me

I have skills in teaching students the differentiated lessons according to the learning skill level of the student. I am currently studying my MED education/virginia/washington-dc">Special Education, through Grand Canyon University (Online). When I graduate, I hope to attain my teachers license in MED education/virginia/washington-dc">Special Education.

Experience

I am experienced in working with students from the preschool ages, as a child care teacher and also as a creative dance instructor. I have experienced in working with students as a PE teacher for the first graders to the tenth graders students. I have experienced in working as a child care teacher with the elementary age school students for the local government public school system. I also have experience working as a tutor for students in the middle school age group.

Approach

I follow the formative assessment and summative assessment in creating lesson plans for students. I create lessons according to the needs of the student in able for them to improve their skills of learning. I understand that it takes time for a student to attain mastery of their lessons. I know how to assess a student's learning and determine if they are in the acquisition level, proficiency level, maintenance level, generalization level and the application level of learning.
