Fun Facts
My background is Nubian Egyptian; I started a small business making natural skin and hair products. I picked up this hobby through my nubian culture and did my own research to make the right recipe; I sell these products and raise fund for a non profit organization that I started called HANDS.
About Me
I attended VCU and graduated with a major in Clinical Laboratory Science/ Health professional prep,and a minor in Biology. Right now I am working on the process of getting accepted to medical school. My ultimate goal is to become an OB/GYN physician.
Experience
I started tutoring math (Algebra, Geometry, and Algebra II) while I was in High school. At VCU I became a TA in Biology I, Biology II, and Cell biology. After I graduated I worked for Stem Tree where I tutored students from K-12.
Approach
As a child I was always on the honor roll. While I was in middle school I moved to Egypt where I had to adjust to the school system there. It was a struggle but I did not give up and I stayed positive. I made sure I turned my grades around and picked up on some really good studying skills that I still use to this day. I pass down my knowledge and stress out on my students the importance to stay positive and make sure that they learn good studying skills that will help them achieve their goals.
