Fun Facts
One thing I thoroughly enjoy is skiing and snowboarding! I started skiing when I was four years old and tried snowboarding when I was fourteen years old! Today, I enjoy snowboarding more and I live 45 minutes from the ski slopes so I spend a lot of time there in the winter.
About Me
I am a sophomore Public Science major on the pre-med track at the maryland">University of Maryland College Park. When I graduate, I hope to attend the maryland">University of Maryland School of Medicine to become a pediatrician one day!
Experience
As a member of the National Honor Society, I spent the last two years of my high school career tutoring students every week in all subject areas. When I got to college I soon wanted to get involved with kids again, so I joined America Read America Counts where I spend 3 hours with fourth grade students two days a week helping them with their math skills. Working for Frog Tutoring gives me more of these great experiences of getting to work with kids!
Approach
I like to consider myself my students mentor more than their tutor. The word tutor can be very scary to a student, so I want them to think of me as someone that can help them with anything. I hope to not only help my students with their skills in school but life choices and problems as well. I hope to inspire my students to work hard and aim for their goals to be successful one say. I feel it is my responsibility to them gain study skills as well as life skills for the future!

I complete AP English Language my junior year of high school and received a 4 on the AP exam. I consistently go A's all four marking period and was always complimented on my writing by my teacher.
Biology Tutoring
I took Honors Biology my freshman year of high school and took a Biology course in college so far. I am very interested in science and could help with any concepts a student is learning.
Chemistry Tutoring
I took Honor Chemistry as well as AP Chemistry in high school. I consistently received A's in both these courses and grew to love the subject.
English Tutoring
I consistently go A's in all my English classes and was always complimented on my writing by my teacher. I learned proper grammar and now always find myself helping others with theirs while editing papers or just speaking with them.
