About Me
I am a sophomore Nursing student at Texas Christian University and a member of the John V. Roach Honors College. I have been on the Dean's list for every semester of college so far. My ultimate goal is to become a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
Experience
In high school, I tutored middle school students in various levels of math. I have also tutored some of my friends in biology and anatomy and physiology. I am passionate about learning and enjoy working with all ages of students.
Approach
My mother is a math teacher, and from watching her teach I have learned that every student learns differently. As a tutor, I would hope to help students do better by teaching material in a variety of ways so that students can learn the material no matter what their learning style is. I also value the importance of repetition, especially with math. I know how frustrating it can be to complete practice problems an for this reason I will also always have a positive attitude.

Anatomy Physiology I Tutoring
I have taken this class three times - in high school, in my certified nursing assistant course, and at Texas Christian University. I earned an A each time and am very passionate about this subject.

I did exceptionally well on the Math section of the SAT back when I took it, scoring a 740 out of 800.

I scored exceptionally well on the writing and reading sections of the SAT, scoring a 760 and 720, respectively.
