I am a graduate degree student at CUNY York College where I am currently obtaining my Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Experience
I have worked as a private tutor for nearly five years. When I began college, I was eager to further help educate students. I have been working as a college tutor for the past year.
Approach
After working with many different students, I attempt to understand each student individually. This allows me to have the opportunity to learn what motivates the student and use these unique aspects to motivate students to succeed. With younger children, I enjoy implementing a reward system to facilitate greater success.
