I like being with people, knowing a person I don't know and I like to make friends with them. Also, I like exciting activity such as skydiving, surfing, and skateboarding which brightens my tedious life. I am the person always have creative ideas, and I am happy to discover the new things that I never experience.
About Me
I am a sophomore science/california/san-francisco">Computer Science major, Mathematics minor at the University of San Francisco. I have been on the Dean's list till now. After I get bachelor degree I may apply engineering for Masters. I hope to become an expert in Artificial Intelligence area.
Experience
I have got 3 different interns in HNAC TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. AsiaInfo Inc. and POWER ELECTRONICS and RENEWABLE RESOURCE RESEARCH INSTITUTE. As a progammer in research institue, I work with team and explain ideas and techniques to peers. When I successfully explained to others, I felt happy that others could understand. Working for Frog Tutoring gives me the opportunity to help others and fullfill my value.
Approach
I have tried many ways to learn something new, and I found that the best way to absorb the new knowledge is that there is a pattern that I can follow with by myself. As a tutor, I will create various patterns that are easy to follow up and let students do at first, giving appropriate advice.

Computer Science
Calculus I Tutoring
I graduated from China High school, where I have already learned much calculus. I have gotten MATH 109 MATH 110 MATH 211, which is Calculus I, II and III. Also, I studied MATH 201, which is discrete Math, and except MATH 211 is A-, all other Math classes are A+. Calculus I is just the basic of Calculus, such as the definition, the idea of Calculus and some straightforward implementations. Since I learned python, I explained the idea with Python program, which is pretty understandable.
Chinese Tutoring
I am from China, and Chinese is my mother tongue. I have taught my cousin, who was born Hawaii, for many years, and her Chinese is quite fluent. For Chinese, I understand both simplified and traditional; furthermore, I understand ancient Chinese prose too.
Computer Science Tutoring
I am a computer science major student. I have learned CS110, CS112, CS220 and I am learning the CS 245. I got both A for CS112 and CS220 and A- for CS110. I got 3 different internships in IT area, so I have quite much practical experiences in programming.
Physics I Tutoring
I graduated from China High school, where I have learned much about physics that cover physics I. At the same time, I took Physics I in the University of San Francisco in the first semester and I got an A at the end. Physics is a subject that relates to logic, and I am confident with logical thinking.
Java Tutoring
I am Computer Science major, and I have taken CS110, CS112, CS220, and I am taking CS245. Except CS110 is A-, all others are A. Java is the language that I feel most comfortable and confident with. Also, I got 3 programming interns that certificates that I have enough practical experiences to be a tutor.
