About Me
I am a recent graduate from UC Berkeley with major in Mechanical Engineering and minor in Physics. I am highly passionate about physics. One of my goals throughout my four years of college has been to create love for physics among students.
I have worked twice in lawrence">Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory as a researcher for two of the most advanced experiments in the world of Physics. I have worked with some of the most renowned Physicist at the lawrence">Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. I have presented my research paper twice in Annual Nuclear Physics Conferences in 2010 and 2011 respectively. I have strong experience with both the theoretical and the applied aspect of the subject and I bring all my experience into my teaching.
I started sacramento">tutoring Physics when I was in High School. I later became Physics sacramento">tutor in Diablo Valley College Physics Department where I received huge appreciation from students and faculty. I tutored there for almost about two years and helped students from different physics courses and backgrounds. To continue my effort of creating love for physics, I also organized the first Theoretical Physics Olympiad in Diablo Valley College in 2009 which was a great success. I continued sacramento">tutoring Physics in UC Berkeley for about two years.
My goal is to help students see the real beauty of Physics and help students fall in love with the subject. This only happens when a student has sound conceptual grip over the material and that is what I specialize in. I believe in giving student a very solid foundation and build the concepts from there step by step. I also use a lot of analogies from real world to help understand different concepts
