About Me
I am pursuing my Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering as my major at University of New Haven. I am also a Teaching assistant as a math tutor at this university. Moreover, I secured a GPA of 3.67/4 in my first semester and hope to maintain like this in all semesters.My career vision is to seek challenging tasks and enhance my skills and abilities by utilizing all the opportunities that come along my way, learning from every such opportunity
Experience
As a Math tutor at University of New haven, I had the opportunity to tutor the students by- weekly in almost every level of Math.I maintained a eombine discipline plan with effective measures and lesson plans to various increase concentration, participation, and progress student.I also used to coordinate after school tutoring hours with teachers to help students in need of extra attention. Excellent performance resulted in a positive feedback from the Directors
Approach
As a child, I felt Math was most tough subject for me. I was not able to concentrate properly in my school days. My dad used to sit with me every evening and teach me Math for at-least 1 hour. I think that was change in myself, he made me feel so easy and simple. He taught me some amazing tricks which I used to implement in my exams. As a tutor, I attempt to show the same attitude while tutoring. Instead of just teaching them the concepts, I teach them tricks which are very much useful for them.
