Fun Facts

I traveled to Peru this past summer for a month and a half and ate alpaca meat. I have petted an eagle on top of my head and have eaten crocodile. I love dogs and I love history, from wars to just history about different countries. I once rode a llama and also an elephant and a camel. I have competed for my high school dance team at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.

About Me

I am 21 years old. I speak English and Spanish. I have a younger sister and she is 19 years old. I was born in Maryland but have lived in North Carolina since I was 4 years old. I have 2 dogs so I am a dog lover. I attended the maryland">University of Maryland at maryland/college-park">College Park but due to financial reasons had to transfer to charlotte">UNC Charlotte.

I have tutored in high school. I was taking AP US History and tutored fellow students who were in regular US history and middle school students in social studies and history. I have also tutored elementary students in social studies classes.

I like to go by the book but at the same time I think writing it down and reading facts about what we are talking about keeps the information fresh and easy to remember. I like to do a little by day and not take all information at once since sometimes it can be over whelming. I think taking little breaks is great for the brain and is refreshing when dealing with hard subjects. I like giving little quizzes towards the end of each session to see if what we have learned during the session was understood or not.
