Astronomy Tutoring

As a physics major, I have had courses that included material related to physics. While I did not focus on astronomy in college, I am very familiar with fundamental physics on which astronomy depends.

Biochemistry Tutoring

I received an A in the Biochemistry course I took at Cornell. I performed so well that I was asked to be a tutor for the class. Biochemistry is an integral discipline in biophysics, my intended field of study in graduate school.

Biology Advance Tutoring

I have received A's in genetics, biochemistry, and graduate level biological engineering courses. I have performed research in biophysics and so I am familiar with advance biological principles. I have strong interest in biology as I pursue research in biophysics.

Study Skills Tutoring

I have helped encourage study habits that I have personally found to be successful such as redoing all old home works in preparation for a test, completing extra problems from the textbook or other sources, and pacing/scheduling one's studying time ahead of an exam.

Trigonometry Tutoring

As a physics major, I have used trigonometry extensively. Trigonometry is an essential tool used in all levels of college level physics. I have also tutored students in trigonometry such as in precalculus.

Writing Tutoring

I have received in A's in all my college writing courses. I have helped students write research papers by helping them find and understand relevant articles, structure their essay, and compose coherent and sophisticated sentences and paragraphs.
