I enjoy reading, working out, or traveling in my spare time. On a rainy day you can find me curled up with a good book but any other day I'm out and about discovering a friendly small town.

About Me

I am a sophomore at TCC majoring in Emergency Medicine. I am preparing for paramedic school and when I graduate I plan to attend the Texas A&M Fire Academy. My ultimate goal is to be a firefighter paramedic and work for my hometown fire department.

Experience

As a sophomore in high school I began peer teaching and helped tutored fellow students. My senior year of high school I tutored four fellow classmates that were all severely struggling to pass PreCal with one lunch period a week of tutoring they all went from low C students to high B students. I have always enjoyed helping others and hope to continue to help others.

Approach

As a child, I excelled in Math and struggled in other areas of school but with persistence and small amounts of tutoring I realized I didn't lack knowledge only motivation. Shortly after my tutoring sessions ended i really started to excel in all subjects; I only hope to help others reach their potential in areas they currently struggle with.
