About Me

I am a fun, energetic girl who loves to have fun. Very easy to talk to, very helpful and very understanding. I attend wayne-state-university">Wayne State University majoring in Mathematics Education. I want to become a math teacher someday.

I have been a part of the wayne-state-university">Wayne State University Math Corps program for 7 summers. This is a 6 week enrichment program for middle and high school students who attend Detroit Public Schools. We specialize in detroit">tutoring and mentoring them in mathematics but we also do other exciting activities. I have gained almost all of my detroit">tutoring experience from this program alone.

One of the things I think is the most important facts to remember when detroit">tutoring anyone is that every child learns differently and at a different level, so you have to be patient and flexible with them. You have to be open to working with various types of kids with a variety of personalities and you have to know how to deal with that. I think as long as you have patience and you are supportive of your kids and show them that you are there just to help them, then detroit">tutoring can be a very rewarding experience.
