Fun Facts
Some of my passions include, art and design, traveling the world, watching documentaries about anything and everything, researching holistic health remedies and sharing info with friends and family, writing/blogging/journaling, and dancing (not professionally, just for fun!)
About Me
Growing up, I was constantly traveling and constantly reading. My childhood has fueled my passions through adulthood, and has given me the opportunity to live in many states in the U.S. and abroad, like Spain and Vietnam. I graduated UC Santa Barbara as an Art major, focusing on digital media, such as photography and video art. My goal is to continue developing my passions into lifelong habits, finding any way to do what I love every day.
Experience
During high school, I worked as office aid in the counseling department, helping younger students make decisions about what classes to take and guiding them with helpful resources. During university, I studied abroad in Madrid, Spain and tutored on the side for extra cash. I quickly fell in love with helping students of all ages and was inspired to continue after graduation. Then, I went to South East Asia to teach English as a second language for a year.
Approach
Working with all ages of students, I understand how shy or unconfident they can feel no matter their age or skill level. I like building a comfortable environment where any question can be asked! I don't like telling people what they should do, but rather we work together to achieve a common goal! Tutoring doesn't have to stressful, it can fun and really rewarding with time!

Adobe InDesign Tutoring
After learning Photoshop, I found other Adobe programs easy to learn. And created projects on my own time. I was paid to design an informational mail-out poster for the UCSB Art, Design, and Architecture Museum in 2015
Adobe Photoshop Tutoring
I took a beginning Graphic Design course my junior year of high school. And excelled beyond expectations. I won the "Outstanding Computer Graphics Student Award". Although I was in the intro class, the award was given to me over other candidates in advanced courses. I've used photoshop to work on personal projects for the past 7 years.
Arts Tutoring
I've been creating Art from a very young age, taking classes in drawing, painting, and graphic design. In university, it wasn't until I changed my major for the third time, when I came to study art full-time. I learned about contemporary art history, and created my own pieces through drawing, sculpture, graphics, photography, and video.
