One passion people learn about me if they get to know me is that I really love basketball and baseball! Any time I have a chance, you will find me playing, watching or studying these sports. I am the 2nd youngest out of six, and I have lived most of my life in the great state of California. Although I am want to study history I really really enjoy reading about it for fun

About Me

I am a graduate of the University of California, Riverside with a BA in Chicano Studies and a minor in Political Science. I was on the Dean's List for about a year straight when I was in school! I hope to attend an accredited University to earn my Masters in History. My ultimate goal is to become a Professor of Political History

Experience

I have minimal experience as a tutor but I have experience as a teacher's assistant and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them. Seeing them succeed put a smile on my face as it gave me great pleasure in helping them succeed. Working for Frog Tutoring will give me an opportunity to impact the lives that I want to impact and student who need help!

Approach

As a child, I initially found school to be fruitful and fun. It was in middle school, high school where I struggled. It was not until the Community College level where I had a professor who cared for her students as she subsequently inspired me to do better As a tutor, I attempt to bring this attitude to all of my sessions. Instead of giving answers, I feel it is my responsibility to not only teach them the content, but also the study skills needed to help them be successful in all classes!
