About Me

I am a senior Spanish major from Washington, D.C. At Howard University. I am a fully inducted member of the nNational Society of Collegiate Scholars and the National Society of Leadership and Success.

Experience

I am currently tutoring Spanish I-IV at Howard University. I am also undergoing a certification program to become a simultaneous interpreter between English and Spanish. Although my experience is in interpretation, I have done work with translation.

Approach

I am open to tutoring all levels. My approach is to maintain positive reinforcement with learning. I encourage students to ask me those questions they feel too embarrassed to ask in class. There is no such thing as a stupid question.

Through my work with interpretation and translation, I can find common errors native English speakers would make in Spanish.
