Fun Facts

One thing everyone knows about me, is that I am crazy about horses. I am a member of the equestrian team at my university and have been riding since I was very little. I am the oldest of 5 children. I have 4 sisters and one brother. I am also a very passionate reader. I refuse to watch a movie based on a book until I have read the novel first.

About Me

I am a junior Global and Community Health major at George Mason University. When I graduate next year I hope to first get my feet wet by interning with the World Health Organization before going back to school to get my Masters in Global Health. I hope to one day use my education to help the world become a healthier, happier place.

Growing up, I spent a lot of time washington-dc">tutoring my younger siblings. Helping them with their homework and study techniques. As I grew older I began teaching at a summer camp I used to attend when I was younger. Last summer I went back to my birth country of Tunisia and taught English to a group of young students between the ages of 8 and 18.

My approach to washington-dc">tutoring includes taking some of my own personal experiences, and using what I learned from my strengths and struggles as a student to help others going through the same things. I like to suggest my own personal techniques to students who then can use them to help them with their learning process. I like to show different ways of achieving the best results so that the student can pick and choose the easiest methods for them.
