About Me
I am currently in graduate school majoring in education/new-york/brooklyn">special education at Long Island University. My goal is to be an educator that help students see their strengths as assets to help them succeed.
Experience
I worked in after school programs where I helped middle and elementary school students with homework. I also worked as a full-time substitute math teacher teaching grades 6th and 7th. I learned during those experiences the importance of one-on-one tutoring. Working for Frog Tutoring allows me to contribute to other student's success because of how beneficial it was for the student's I worked with.
Approach
Education is not a one size fits all method, therefore I understand that when working with students you have to meet them where they are. I want to make learning meaningful and specific to students needs.
