Fun Facts

I love to dance. I am good at Garba which is an Indian traditional dance form. I am learning Bhangra another Indian dance form.

I enjoy listening to Music. I play the bamboo flute and try to learn new tunes that can be played on the flute.

I ride a motorcycle. I ride a Ducati Scrambler. Riding the ducati is one of the most liberating time of my day. I am completely in the moment and there is a sense of excitement in me when I am riding my motorcycle.

I am an avid meditator.

About Me

I am a Graduate student in the MS Economics program at University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I earned BS Economics degree from University of North Carolina at Charlotte as well. I was part of the Dean and Chancellor's list during the junior and senior years of my undergraduate career.

Experience

I have worked at the tutoring center at University of North Carolina at Charlotte for two years. While working at the tutoring center, I had the opportunity to help students of diverse backgrounds in Math and Economics. I have also tutored many high school and college students across Charlotte metro area in subjects such as AP Algebra, AP Calculus, and Economics.

Approach

In my experience working with students, I have developed a strong commitment to help each student that comes to me in the best way possible. I have made it a habit to develop a lasting relationship with my students in order to help them build a sense of inquiry and a commitment towards learning.
