About Me

I graduated from Shenandoah University in 2015 with a BFA in dance performance and composition. Since moving to LA I have continued to study dance, film, and philosophy. I am developing a way to incorporate all of my interests into my work. My ultimate goal is to support myself in the making of art and the quest for learning!

Experience

I recently tutored a high school junior in US history. I have taught dance to children a lot, which may seem very different, but the exchange of clear information is essentially the same.

Approach

I think the best way to clarify information to a student is to find a way of explaining concepts using language that they completely understand. If they understand the concepts underlying processes, they will know how to approach a problem and be able to follow the processes independently.
