I love to play sports, go camping, swimming and most outdoor activities. I also love spending time with my family and going on last minute adventures.
About Me
I am currently a 7th grade math teacher. I graduated from ASU in 2015, achieving Summa Cum Laude. I have two children, a wonderful husband and two dogs.
Experience
In high school, I was the National Honor Society President. I was in the honors college at NAU before transferring to ASU. I have been tutoring for the past 7 years, ranging from 3rd grade all the way through college.
Approach
I have always had a growth mindset and believe that if you think you can do something, then you can. I set my students up for success and show them what it feels like to succeed. I use an "I do, We do, You do" model to check for understanding and give the student a chance to demonstrate success.
