Fun Facts

One of the things I love to do is to cook for others like family and friends. I enjoy very much gather friends talk and have fun at any time. I am the oldest of three siblings, born and race in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. One fun fact about me is that I love dogs and birds which I owned two female dogs and 3 birds.

About Me

I am a senior Elementary Education major with Spanish and TESEL k-12 endorsement at Liberty University. I am hoping to finish my master program very soon.

Experience

For the past two years I worked as a sSpanish teacher at James Wood Middle School Frederick County, Virginia. For 14 years, worked in a kindergarten clasroom as a teacher aid in the Spanish Immersion Program for Fairfax County Public School. I also volunteer at the church at least once a month at the children ministry as a coordinator for Sunday afternoon service.

Approach

Growing up in a third world country gave me a different perspective on life. Coming to America as a teenager, was difficult having to leave behind friends and family but made me resilience and gave an opportunity to strive and became a teacher. I love to teach students in any way I can, from how to take a pair of scissors and cut, to how to recognize letters and read. Becoming a tutor I will be able to help students to reach their potential in the target subject.
