Fun Facts

Some passions of mine that people quickly learn about include: boating, fishing, playing golf, swimming, and playing tennis. As an avid tennis player since age 5, I had the opportunity to be a ballperson at the U.S. Open Tennis Championships and work alongside players including Serena Williams and Andy Murray. Although I have never traveled internationally, I hope to make a trip to Italy, Germany, and Switzerland this summer to visit family and see all that Europe has to offer!

About Me

Born and raised in Upper Brookville, New York, I am currently an Underwriter working at a financial institution. I am a 2019 TCU Neeley School of Business alumni, receiving a major in Finance and minor in Accounting. I was on the Dean's List every semester during my four years at TCU and received the TCU Academic Achievement Award at the end of freshman year based on GPA (one of Top 50 students of TCU freshman class). My cumulative GPA was a 3.90.

Experience

As an active learner and student within the Neeley School of Business, I took advantage of numerous opportunities to help friends and fellow classmates across a plethora of subjects. In addition, well-respected professors who had me as a student in their classes have referred their students to me. I enjoy helping students better understand content develop strategies for success!

Approach

My aim as a tutor is to create a deeper understanding and a higher sense of confidence with class content, challenging problems, and exam questions. As students have slightly different styles of learning, I strongly believe a critical part of tutoring is understanding each students learning style and needs. I not only strive to aid students in becoming independent thinkers, but I also focus on resolving the students' barriers to learning, ultimately leading to mastery of the subject.
