Fun Facts

People often find that I can be quite a nerd, in a good way though. I love studying, reading, and playing video games and card games that involve strategy. I am an athletic nerd though. I love to run, parkours perform calisthenics, and occasionally lift. I love to draw too. I love learning new hobbies and making them my own.

About Me

I am a United States Marine Reservist in Buffalo New York. I am planning on attending the University at Buffalo to earn a bachelors degree in Chemistry and maybe master in Physics. Although I do not have a specific end goal in mind for my career, I want to use my love of science to help people in life changing ways.

Experience

I was member of AFJROTC in high school and during my Senior year I was promoted to Cadet 1st Lieutenant and in charge of the Kitty Hawk Air Society for our Corps. To help improve the schools and Corps grades as well as the help the Society members complete their community service requirements, I organized tutoring sessions for our school using our members as the tutors. We tutored students in and out of the Corps to help improve their grades and helped the Air Society enroll new members.

Approach

I was always gifted in academics. The subjects the teachers brought were always easy to grasp and apply in class and out. I was always used as the class tutor to help struggling students catch up on the material. As a result, I learned how to explain subjects in different ways so that I can adapt to the student. No matter how I teach the subject though, the end goal is the same. I don't ever feel like the job is done until the student can explain the concept of the subject without help.
