I like to Hike, and play guitar. My favorite past time is Printmaking, which is the process of making images by using metal plates and ink.
About Me
I'm a self-employed Illustrator. I graduated from the Academy of Art University where I earned my BFA in Illustration. I have illustrated children's books, T-shirts, and painted wall murals. My goal is to be a children's book author and Illustrator.
Experience
I tutored foreign students in English and conversational skills. I have also taught arts and crafts workshops to younger children.
Approach
I believe that making art should be a fun process. I like to take a positive and lighthearted approach when teaching art skills. Anyone can be an artist if they enjoy it.

Illustration
Adobe Flash Tutoring
I took 2 classes using Adobe Flash. The first class was an Illustration class, where we learned how to transfer art into flash and do simple animations.
The second class I took was an Interactive Illustration class where we made a storybook using Flash and Illustrator. I learned how to make animated page turns, and animations in the book.
Adobe InDesign Tutoring
I have experience creating a book in Adobe InDesign, this includes a full layout and getting the file ready for print.
Adobe Photoshop Tutoring
I have experience editing and creating artwork using Adobe Photoshop. I took a digital painting class in College, and have knowledge about creating a finished illustration.
Arts Tutoring
I have taken many classes in the Fine Arts and Illustration department at a college level. In the Fine Arts department I took many figure drawing classes using charcoal, and painting classes using oil and Acrylic paints.
Adobe Illustrator Tutoring
I have extensive experience using Adobe Illustrator. I can show you how to make patterns, create artwork, make animations, and use the Pen Tool.
